Andy Loucks New Head Football Coach

Posted Sunday, June 06, 2010 by Andy Loucks
Hello, my name is Andy Loucks. As many of you probably already now, I'm the new Head Football Caoch at Kennard-Dale. I'd like to take this time to give everyone a little background information on me as a way to help you get to know me. I graduated from Dallastown in 1991. While at Dallastown, I was a 3 year letterman in football. I also lettered in wrestling and track. Back to football, I was a 2 year starter, and team captain my senior. As a player, I had a fairly successful career, I was named to the All-county team twice, played in the War of the Roses, Nominated for the Big 33 Classic, and was selected Honorable Mention All-State. I played for Catawba College and Lock Haven University before graduating in 1996. I've coached football for 14 years at the high school and junior college levels, 8 years as a Head Coach. During my time as a coach, I've been forunate enough to have been involved with 5 conference championship teams, 4 of which as Head Coach.

I'm very excited to be back in York and especially at Kennard-Dale. I've watch all the positive strides the Rams have made over the last 8 years, and I'm ready to help continue the development of the program. We're going to be setting our goals high, 3 strait play-off appearances, and 2 strait winning seasons. However, with plenty of hard work, we want to make history. Our goals this year is to win a play-off game and YAIAA Division II Championship. We'll need all the positive support from our fans that we can to make our goals reality. Let's all work together to make the 2010 football season special.

Thanks,

Coach Loucks
